Day 1 Arrival Kigali - Welcome to Rwanda
Begin your Tour of Rwanda with a warm welcome at Kigali International Airport, followed by a smooth transfer to your hotel to relax and unwind. -
Day 2 Kigali City Tour - Drive to Ruhengeri
On day two, after breakfast, your Rwanda gorilla trip continues with a Kigali city tour spanning over a century of history. Once a German territory, the city offers stops at the National Museum, a local craft center, and the Genocide Memorial. -
Day 3 Volcanoes National Park - Monkey Trekking
Day three brings another trek into Volcanoes National Park, this time in search of the playful Golden Monkeys. -
Day 4 Gorilla Trekking - Volcanoes Park - Lake Kivu
Day four of your Rwanda gorilla trip begins with registration for the main event: gorilla trekking. You'll join a small group and receive a detailed briefing before setting out, with the trek itself lasting anywhere from two to six hours or more, depending on where the gorillas are that day. -
Day 5 Kigali - Fly Back Home
On your final day, enjoy some leisure time at your own pace before the drive back to Kigali. The route winds past scenic plantations and rolling green hills, carrying you into the city in time for your departure.
